Usual weakness Friday but may be some buying later today. I had a massive position in Baytex, sold 1/3 at $7.10 Cdn yesterday, then their report came out. Weaker then expected but strong outlook. So I sold the rest at $7.08 a nice price considering. Stock has sold off as expected since ( if the report isn't good the weak hands bail ). I will look for a re-entry when the drop ends at some point next week or two depending on Oil prices. Could be sooner if Oil stays up.

Interesting this morning Canada's GDP far stronger then US report first quarter. My point would be I doubt the US is really in trouble here it's just fluctuations due to Covid ( eg GDP Canada was 1% in Jan, 4.5% in Feb when we loosened restrictions again ). I maintain my thesis that negative opinions on markets in 2022 are hugely overdone on this site.

B)- ABBV- Loks like a miss today for them.

AbbVie cuts FY22 adjusted EPS view to $13.92-$14.12 from $14.00-$14.20 07:44 ABBV FY22 consensus $14.11. Guidance includes an unfavorable impact of 8c per share related to acquired IPR&D and milestones expense incurred during the first quarter 2022. The company's 2022 adjusted diluted EPS guidance excludes any impact from acquired IPR&D and milestones that may be incurred beyond the first quarter of 2022, as both cannot be reliably forecasted.

I used to like ABBV a lot under $100 but the one analyst said one of their patents is coming off in the next year or so might be a challenge. I do like health care in general. I'd say look for a range to form in 2022 and trade it don't consider it a longer term hold.
