I have been on Elite Trader for many many years. Those of you that know me know I have an uncanny handle of market directions. Themes. Trends. So if I sell SIXTEEN tech stocks out of six accounts incurring huge tax payments on gains... you should listen.. and if I give the green light to start slowly buying a few tech stocks back, again you should listen.

Unfortunately I don't really know how to do AH because I always have to sell something to buy something at E Trade and they freeze my money! It's weird during regular hours I seem to be able to pull off this feat with no 3 day clear or 1 day clearing of funds.

Don't watch the futures! EVER! Do not look for pre- market movers... TRUST ME. I used to be held captive by this crap. It was only when I left all rational thinking behind that I started to greatly out perform in the market. Like I have said I invest all day on down days without even looking at the screen I know generally the market is shitting to bed but YOU CAN'T LISTEN TO CNBC-- they will steer you wrong every time- they will bring on the fear. And fear is when mistakes happen.

Re E-Trade, yeah that doesn't make any sense. The 3 day settlement probably doesn't apply if it's a margin account and you have the funds in there, but the after-hours thing.... I'd call em. That makes no sense.
