Facebook parent Meta's stock dips on erroneous guidance release.. stock added to Bare Essentials Portfolio on Van's upgrade - In @ $170 area))))))))))))))))))

• Meta Platforms (NASDAQ:FB) stock saw a sudden slide after an erroneous guidance outlook from the company was spread minutes ago, well ahead of its earnings report set for after today's market close.
• Chatter spiked arounda forecast for second-quarter revenue of $27 billion-$29 billion - which was what the company had previously forecast for the first quarter yet to be reported.
• Bloomberg terminals flashed a headline that Meta expected that forecast for Q2, as though it was coming from the release set for today. They quickly ran a new correction stating Meta didn't release its earnings yet.
• Shares quicklysank 6%to a day's low of $169.00 on a multimillion-share volume spike.

Cenovus ( CVE ) still marching higher suggesting earnings across the whole sector may be easy wins. Some energy gains are muted today but Baytex is regaining almost all lost ground from last week already. Whitecap reports in the morning I may consider a switch into it late day but it was one of the weaker beats last quarter. But if they all raise dividends it'll be good for at least a small pop imo.

AT THIS POINT I'M TAKING IT PERSONAL NINE. YOU ARE BUYING EVERY FUCKING ENERGY STOCK EXCEPT ANTERO!!!

• Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) is widely believed to be working on a mixed reality headset due to be announced this year or next and the tech giant has now been granted two more patents toadd to its portfolio,Patently Apple reports.
• One of the patents is for a head-mounted device, or HMD, faceplate that uses an infrared one-way finish, while the other patent covers an HMD charging system.
