It's just like the medical reit today, I told you it's the (ACC) replacement and you asked again. I saw those sales earlier before I made the post. Prior to those there haven't been any in over a year. The stock should have very strong support at $19. It's a reit ya know, they move slow. The dividend is almost 6% though.

Now... what concerns me is I'm not sure how rising rates will affect this. That could be a bad thing since they have all that collateralized debt, so... lets do some more DD.

Another reit we might look at is another savant call on my part:

That's where the growth will come from (eventually), not retail strip centers with one or two anchor tenants. No growth there and municipalities are gonna keep taxing the spit out of them.

Investing Q- PFE- The original idea was safety... J&J today missed on their vaccine numbers and the stk went up.

So Pfizer... It's an easy earnings call I think- they should have up earnings on the vaccine. But not so much on the pill But the pill has just been shown to be effective against long Covid. A wash. And that pill is a big part of America feeling confident about getting out.

On a day like today when the market is up- this defensive idea maybe not so smart--

It's the one stock I'm rethinking in the portfolio.

You know I like SHAK, but technically they are a little more pricey than CMG.
Plus CMG has the $'s to expand without dilution and don't forget my savant call>>>> it's gonna split maybe. The psychology of this will be good for another 15% easy when (if) it happens.

There's one more thing about CMG, and I have written it here at ET a half dozen times>>> the CEO came from YUM China. He knows that market. He's just biding his time. CMG will explode in China. The day they announce their entry into China, it jumps 25%.
