I briefly watched moments of RNC yesterday and later surfed CNN, FOX etc Both sides hate each other. Will anyone accept the final election outcome? So much trash-talking against one another.

I don't think so. ASML tanked the chip stocks, and the sector's weight in the NAZ 100 is really making things look ugly. ASML, NVDA, LRX, AMD, AMAT, AVGO... the entire lot of them. I think the other tech sectors are just getting caught in the wake of forced selling. Might even be some bargains out there.

1912, former President Teddy Roosevelt was shot during a campaign speech in Milwaukee. He survived thanks to 50 page speech inside his suite or something like that.

He was a Republican and still lost to Woodrow Wilson.
Mind you there was no social media at that time and no ET Forum.
