It is! The Pines has the gay scene very much so. It is part of what makes Fire Island special>
we are out in the Davis Park Leja Beach area which is all family and quite a bit of Trumpers..

We are the old school. I've been going out for thirty years & My wife's mom is the longest living settler. She's been out there since the 1960's.

... and nothing has been done to that house except for air conditioning<--- YUP! even out there and even a 90 year old lady who doesn't upgrade anything....Stove 1960's. Fridge 1980's... Air Con 2023.
