In my area data centers are springing up like mushrooms. NOVA is probably one the largest geographic concentrations. In my immediate area, about an hour south, there are plans for 4 large data center campuses.
These things use a ton of electric and water.

Still in SMR from $7ish. Got shaken out of NNE for a loss, The rest were scratched for small losses.
