As to interest rates I have said all along The Fed has a secrete list of banks and real estate developers and they know the timing of all the debt... and there is a huge problem coming which they know about 100% and the timing for lower rates will coincide with those debts becoming mature and magically alot of entities in the collateral real estate biz are going to make it out last second....

Whatever. Everything I wrote in that post is true. You can try to rationalize all you want. The fact remains, those are facts.

And racism didn't grow because of Trump. Racism has been around since the beginning of time. It's like a weed in your yard or garden. The reason racism grew, and then exploded and flourished under Biden, is because that's all you hear about on radio, TV, and social media.

93% of Americans don't have a racist bone in their body. And the other 7% span all colors. MSNBC, CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, NYT, WP... they have done nothing but stand in that garden and spray Miracle-Gro on the weeds. They hate Trump. And what they have done, has (and is) creating more division in this country than ever before.

Remember how Biden was gonna bring us all together? Why didn't that happen? Because Trump didn't fade into obscurity. So what does the media do, they are so afraid of Trump they played the only card they have. Fuel racial division. Non-stop, 24/7. A page right out of Goebbels's play-book... but 1000X more powerful than ever before because of the power of digital communications.

And don't call me a Trump boot-licker Stoney, or I'll have a few choice words for you. I don't listen to anyone. I decide things for myself, and if you can't see that shame on you.
