Just Mega Uranium a small cap trade that is very thinly traded. I sold out last week. Traders seem to play Denison up here and investors always look at Cameco. I just haven't done the homework needed on this and I got burned in Lithium some time ago in a similar market situation. The danger is playing explorers or companies with little or no earnings, because once the market turns there are no buyers. They are however the big money makers in late cycle commodity rallies.
eg Endeavour Silver has rallied from $2 Cdn to $7-$9 Cdn a couple of times in recent years. It wasn't long ago it tanked barely under $2 and it's now $5.25. Market liked their earnings it popped like 30% on that day. I made a fair bit of money on this in the rally a few years ago. Made some good money last week on it but sold out ( for now; I often rebuy ). Also lists on NYSE under "EXK". If Silver continues up to $40 ( or even $50 ) these kind of stocks are going to at a minimum test old highs. Fortuna, Silvercorp, MAG Silver are well off highs still. The pull backs can be brutal though I got caught in one a couple of weeks ago but every stock has since made new recent highs. Silvercorp looked like dead money not long ago and now it's moving better then some of the others.
