I was gonna pull a "Stoney" today and say Boeing is a buy. Even if it drops to $145... I won't mention it until it bounces back north of $200, then I'll quote myself and claim genius.
But you know what that means.... they're all gonna reaffirm guidance at best. Many will guide down. Record earnings makes forward yoy comps tough to beat. And the Street looks forward. So they either raise guidance against record earnings, or they guide down. Odds are the former beats the latter as CEO's will take advantage of the herd's fear and play into it as an excuse... just to play it safe. Markets are a game of psychology Stoney, I've told you that a dozen times.
