I have said for 6 months now 1st rate cut is in June.

I suspect some nice gains before then and ironically after that first cut we will be pulling money out. Serious amounts.
And I don't feel great about that-- everything has kind of been different this time so going by an age old adage that he first cut is when you leave might be a mistake. For me I see that election being a BIG problem so to have a cool $1 mil squirreled away might be the best for me.
