Etsy(NASDAQ: ETSY)offers sellers a platform to sell their handmade goods, which appealed to shoppers during the pandemic when they favored e-commerce. The good news is Etsy has kept those gains. For example, in the most recent quarter, it reported a double-digit four-year compound annual growth rate in revenue, gross merchandise sales, and adjusted EBITDA.

Of course, Etsy has faced some weakness in the past year as a tough economy weighed on demand for discretionary items. But the company has managed through this rough patch, and in the recent quarter reported a profit as well as a cash level of more than $1 billion. The company also said active buyers reached a record high of 92 million, showing shoppers are still flocking to Etsy. So, there's reason to be confident about the business moving forward.

As Etsy returns to its path of growth, the stock, which has fallen 30% this year, could take off -- and that makes it a great buy today, for only 17 times forward earnings estimates.
 
My year end target 4,888 is within reach if we do have a pull in. So keep that in mind.

It's pretty incredible when I think back through the year how many Lizzard King scores we had (14) and how many times we correctly predicted corrections within a day or two.(6)

Truly incredible if you add up all the up action and then somehow account for al the dollars saved when we took gains you get a very active trading history but you also ouT preform everyone else.

Stoney I hate to burst your bubble here.... but I have gotten several emails from folks agreeing with exactly what I wrote saying they like to read the thread, but that you go off topic so much it's too time consuming sifting thru all the bs to find the really valuable info.

You have no secret sources, you're not not an influencer, and ...for example.... US/China/Taiwan relations.... OMG :banghead: .... anyone reading our thread that is not aware of this stuff... shouldn't be in the markets anyway. I mean its only on the news EVERY FRIGGIN DAY.

Just admit it Stoney... you post several stupid videos that had absolutely nothing to do with that day's stock picks or market direction during prime-time... and you got your feelings hurt when I told you to quit doing that. Then, instead of just accepting that and moving on, you further derailed the thread, (and continue to derail the thread) with this ad-nauseam diatribe of what boils down to a simple fact... you can't accept the fact that the readers don't need or want any of these non-stop Youtube's.

If a geopolitical event occurs that can have a material effect on the markets... we'll know about it long before it is on Youtube.

Do you see Ted's post above? He nailed it. There is nothing more annoying than putting in a bunch of work on a given stock pick, taking the time to write it out, only to have it buried (and likely never read) because you swing to the other side of the bi-polar spectrum and feel compelled to post 1 or 2 pages of stuff that matters only to you in that particular instant in time.

You are not the center of the universe my friend. Not on ET, not on this thread, and certainly not anywhere else in this great big world. No one cares about your opinions on things. You threaten to pack your bags and leave because you don't like hearing what I have to say ----"100,000 readers will hate you Van because I'll leave"---- Yeah? Well tough sh*t.

But here's some advice. In reality you should see that for what it is and what others here see it as... a spoiled child in a sandbox threatening to take his toys home because he can't have his way or someone hurt his feelings. Well, that's life buddy. If you can't handle criticism without throwing a temper-tantrum that reads like "Me, me, me! It's all about me!"... hahahaha... well... whatever. :rolleyes:
