I’ve had a lifetime of Japanese Yuzu sauce and paste. I sold exotic eating citrus, perfume oranges and citrons(Etrogg, Buddha, Yemenese, ect) through Craigslist for fun. You probably love Italian and Spanish lemons. My trees were better manicured.

You never fail to impress Ted. I'm on my 3rd Yuza Vodka Lemonade and I just love it.- The Yuzu cuts the acidity somehow. Very happy-- I like this Liz Young SOFI must be doing something right she's good. We agree on when to sell.
