It's not labels, it's a man made of money. Look real close, the whole thing is little teeny tiny bits of dollar bills. Look at the very bottom, you'll see a $100 bill.

The artist was making a statement--- a man made of money, but with the glaring external contrast of small penis syndrome. All things considered, I think it found its rightful home. :p
