THERE is a big disconnect in America over Lithium. I find myself confused. Late at night I watch Australian market stuff and all they talk about is rare Earths and Lithium. Which is it? Important or not?

Lithium stocks have been rising during the past two days as part of broader rally following tamer than expected U.S. inflation data: Sigma Lithium (SGML) +20.6%, Piedmont Lithium (PLL) +18.3%, Livent (LTHM) +12.8%, Albemarle (ALB) +12.6%, SQM (SQM) +7.6%, Lithium Americas (LAC) +2.3%.
