I have KR $47 puts from Friday, paid about $.4-.55. It’s a burn or win 25 contract play.
Fading a KR was easy on Friday because I made over $2.50+ on the BS NYSE low ball OPEN selling near $48. Next, why did I buy puts, a few of my most powerful Consumer Defense got smacked after a great Q and outlook. KR would get the same treatment as my other Defense was the theory.
Look who smoked earnings. Our old favorite. I thought about playing it, but I didn't.
Look at a 10 or 15 year chart. Same quality as KR.
