Note to the readers...
As I have written here many times, the manner in which I post on this thread... is for fun. I like Stoney, but he is a huge narcissist. His threads were braggadocios long before I ever came along, albeit they rarely had more than 5K-10K views. And since I'm the only that has post on the last 4 GBA threads 99.999% of the time, and the fact the view count is over 200K on our last few threads, and this one is approaching 85K... sometimes I do get a little irked by the narcissism. Ever notice how it's always "me me me" and "I am so great" and "look at my view count" etc etc.
To be 100% honest I really don't care. But it's fun to get under his skin. And yes, there is ZERO doubt in my mind in a head to head comparison taking in every aspect of the markets... micro, macro, ta, fundamentals, geopolitics, and every other thing that comes into play... he doesn't hold a candle to me. But that is jmo, so whatever on that too.
Anyway, I got sidetracked there. I just wanted to give him another picture for him to whine and cry about.
Back in mid to late June, I wrote that 4444 would be the new magic number. I wrote it would have gravitational pull from below and above.
So Stoney... zoom in on this chart of the S&P. Look at that exact level. Look at how many times it has been THE level. For three months now.
Think that was luck Stoney? It wasn't. Some here like to say 'magic pencil', but that's not it. Not really. I don't know what it is. Its like when I called out energy 3 weeks ago. How'd I know? Beats me. Probably luck right? Whatever. My 4444 magic number sure did play out though didn't it?

Well we finally have a definitive date that both Stoney and I are on the record for, and 180 degrees apart. Sept. 13th +/- is when I stated (over a month ago btw
) that run into the FOMC minutes on 9/20 would begin. I feel pretty confident this week will bear witness to this predicted move higher.Stoney.... the gauntlet has been laid.
