Vz What are you showing me? This is a stock thread-- I've done a huge amount today really went forward with all the ideas we have been working on. If you show me something please have it be a stock trade with a buy point, some research, you now the drill. If you want to shout out option trades- real or not -god love ya start an options thread. Some of the most boring people in the world as you now.

Did you see my SCVL post in my Kroger thread?
I like SCVL better. FL is too big. The more stores a company has, the more issues there are. SCVL looks more like a tight run family business.

FL---> It's like Dollar General. In a way. And I mean that strictly from a logistics standpoint. I bet I have 5 posts here screaming that DG was overpriced. I even directed an all caps post to Stephanie on CNBC when she said she took a large position at $232. Hell that was only last February.

I use DG all the time. I love them. But I love them for convenience, not price. They are way more expensive than WMT... if you want name brands. Like say... Tide... or something like that.
The point is, it didn't take much of a Peter Lynch to see they were having problems.

Now granted... how often do I go in a FL? Not much. Ditto SCVL. But I have been in both, and just going by their metrics, I think SCVL is the better play. And I still like Designer Brands too as the overstock play. A perennial Van and Stoney favorite. He called the bottom at $8.70 I think... of course I said it was in at $7.80 :p ---> there can only be one top dog at GBA.
