Two things... one, 2023 is not over, and two.... no one else was even thinking, let alone knowing, that Scotus would nix the student loan forgiveness. The wannabe guru's think in terms of weeks... real students of the markets think way ahead. They see ahead of time what others don't see until way later. I wrote that knowing Scotus would reinstate Student loans this Fall. And I wrote it in February.
