I am 90% sure they just had very good earn or about to have very god earn... (45% each)

  • Gross Merchandise Value: 825.03 million compared to the 777.2 million average estimate based on four analysts.

  • Revenue by Category- Fulfillment services: $73.78 million versus the five-analyst average estimate of $71.29 million.

  • Revenue by Category- Service fees: $59.53 million versus $57.30 million estimated by five analysts on average.
 
Global-e Online Ltd. (GLBE) reported $133.31 million in revenue for the quarter ended June 2023, representing a year-over-year increase of 52.7%. EPS of -$0.22 for the same period compares to -$0.31 a year ago.

The reported revenue represents a surprise of +3.75% over the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $128.49 million. With the consensus EPS estimate being -$0.26, the EPS surprise was +15.38%.

Hummmm. This was $35.30 TODAY!!! already great action off the low-- I had alot on my plate this am and beach brain and I let you guys down. I follow this name pretty good usually...

Fwiw... there has only been one block trade on it today. 13K shares. Now one would think down here at $138.80... and a volume so far of 1.1M shares... that there would be a substantially larger amount of block trades the day of earnings.

I dunno Stoney, personally I wouldn't buy it, but the analysts have this thing north of $160.

I'm sure they'll make no mention of the possibility of a consumer spending slowdown in the sector due to the student loan thing, and they'll sound all rosey in the report like they did last time, but I'd be careful.

Options show it pricing about a $9 move (7%) , that should be way higher I would think.

But do what you want.
