HERE we are folks at the near end of the thread and I have been aiming to get that TENTH 40% Winner for you all to cement myself in investing lore. Some day you will tell your kids one guy ripped off 44 big winners in a row one thread and then came back and gave out TEN 40% winners and one 70% Gobstopper!

The problem is as the market has gone into back to back corrective modes, the gains become harder to come by. Sure we have given two 20% winners out that equals 40% and indeed we gave out a 40% winner, but I myself was not in the name and so it did not feel right including it.

I had hoped to close this thread and take the rest of the summer off but all the sudden the summer is over. (for me) Kids go back to college in mid Aug these days. That makes me sad.

We had VIVID chosen as former SPAC with promise and covered it during SPAC Week and recommended its shortly after.. I am NOT IN!

Today they may of reported I see raising 23' rev view to $630--$650 Million but from what i don't know and I don't see an EPS yet.... Might just be a PR.

Stock Of Today is going to be a REIT I have been following-- it has a very interesting chart and a stk that has started to pop from a low level-- I have a super busy day so I don't know when I will get to this-- Perhaps Next week will Be REIT Week.
