London Co comments on MTB
"M&T Bank Corporation (NYSE:MTB)- MTB underperformed, along with other regional banks, on the failures of Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank and fear of broader contagion. Importantly, MTB has neither the same kind of client concentration risk nor duration risk that impacted Silicon Valley Bank. Particularly with respect to duration risk, MTB was an outlier in its conservatism with respect to buying shorter-term securities in a very low rate environment. MTB does have exposure to commercial real estate, including office real estate. While we do expect some elevated credit losses in this portion of the loan portfolio, we note MTB has historically been an effective manager of risk, and we remain confident that management has behaved with appropriate caution."

Wireless keyboard?
This is a serious breach of security at GBA.
Muttley is doing fine, thnx for asking. I kept her on her leash when she went out so I could check her poop without having to watch her run around. She gives me this look like wtf?! Muttley likes her freedom out there. But her poops looked good. Normal.
Phew!!! I went into the local dive bar near me yesterday and first thing the guys asked me

Couple big picture ideas>
1> Strength of CARR. Has me thinking.
Read an interview with some guys in an office downtown... they were talking about the behavior in the office when the smoke came heavy in NYC and everything was orange.
They had some advanced filtration system put in for Covid. And it goes on and off by itself and can not take in outside air at times etc and it al shows up on a computer screen of sorts and the whole office was walking by the machine and checking the air quality IN THE BUILDING which remained very good throughout the scare.
Ok so a lot of companies did this for Covid. and a lot of companies provided these filtering materials it's going to take a bit of research.. but there is a 2nd leg for office filtration based off this new fire situation. And there's an investment in here somewhere.

yea duh, it's cheaper than my plan which entailed robots. The company is private- but could PLTR step in here? or even IBM? Who can connect the lines between facial tech and alerting guards at various retail establishments...
