My thesis for buying solar was that Biden was going to have to give into Oil and Gas / Republican concerns here and open up permitting and that in return he would get a promise not to cut back solar subsidies....

Coterra. It's a big fat cash pig. And as I've said 100X now... ya gotta look down the road at the LNG angle.
That said, I think your CPG is safe, but if you're right on energy in general, the option play on that will give a 3X return. I don't see much risk in that stock going lower in the next 600 days unless we're missing something, so the normal risk in buying those leaps is minimal.
But it wouldn't be a proper lunchtime here at GBA if I didn't mock Stoney on something...

Regarding SOFI my boy chose it himself and I agree it's a good idea. I want him to have something sexy in his account that has a chance to +300% over a bunch of years. I can't think of anything else $5 that I would be able to get into a FBO sort of account-
