GBA Presents: House of Gummy-!

Just as you might say falling in love with stocks is bad tactics.. which I agree.. I would say you need to be more aggressive, in a passionate upbeat way-- find the good if it's out there stop carping all the time it's getting a tad boring.

To succeed in this game without working you need a passion for it. You need to roll up the sleeves and really fall in love with a concept..then find the angle, find the reason and find the stock.

I have taught here for many threads and you know what to do. As do all the children.

They hardly need me anymore.

Stoney.... if I wasn't passionate about this stuff... I wouldn't be holding your hand day in and day out... and putting GBA on the map. ;)

It was not bad but there. Friends who had jewelry shops in SOHO were very scared. We got taken about three times. It is the world's worst feeling when you figure out a shoplifting team got you. Back then it wasn't smash and grab as much as one person would confuse you with a ton of questions and the other would snag something.
That doesn't happen where folks support law and order.

Just stay away from those subways up there... or I'll have no one to harass every morning.

Write this down Stoney, and hand it to the Lizard King.

Everyone and their brother is bearish based off the fact that 5 stocks have propelled---and are holding up ---- the indexes at what appears to be stupid levels.

Uh-uh..... and that's exactly why I wrote what I wrote earlier. Tech will probably chill, but the SPX and to some extent the Russell are gonna play catch-up.

OUTSIDE OF A BLACK-SWAN EVENT.... WE ARE HEADING UP IN JUNE/JULY

>4300 is on the way.

45M student loans in the US, 92% are Federal student loans. Average payment is about $350/month.

THAT IS GONNA BE A LOT OF WHAT WAS HERETOFORE DISPOSABLE INCOME (since March 2020) --- NOW DIVERTED TO LOAN SERVICING.

This is not getting enough attention.

There are companies that are going feel that pinch on their top lines starting mid Q3. Q4 could get ugly. Retail, fast casual & coffee houses, shoes, video games, cars new and used --- perhaps even home sales as it would appear a lot of these folks are in the 30 to 40 age group.

That in and upon itself should make Powell pause in June.
Guaranteed.

It’s been taking out highs with HLIT, ELTK, BASE, DFH, IAS, Kopn, COCO and my blunder SDA, bought at $13 on Friday and of course I sold too soon($44 yesterday) because it was done going up :) missed the giant move!

COCO and SKT, weird combo to take out highs.

Good AM friends---

Yikes S&P lost it's entire monthly gain! Naz up 8% S&P NADA.... Not good folks.

I suppose the argument could be hey now the rest of the stocks will catch up... and maybe tech cools off.

They will say Tech must fall and regress to meet the others...

I'm not so sure. Retail is telling us the Recession is here. The market may decide to wake up and listen. I continue to believe something is going to derail the bond market. ~si
