Back when China sent a spy balloon over and we jacked up our sky tracking and we went after that other balloon near Canada... well it turns out the other balloon was not shot down- we were lied to it actually sped away from our jet fighters and we could not catch it<-------

Stoney I was thinking...
If a dog has an RFID chip in them, I wonder if one can buy/program a reader and set it to detect their specific code. Once you've got that, Muttley for example could have a little electric entry/exit door that is secure and doesn't get triggered by random movement.
 
I just got a noise violation and Bacchus seems to know it. I am afraid to leave the apt. Could this same chip have three functions, identity, door open & small shock when barking?

shock collars are pretty cheap now, just buy one and try it. he sounds so problematic though, it would probably make him bark louder.

I bought 100 of them for $.99 each. You could not buy for under $2.00, heavy discounting is probably not bullish?
