I have to go work out-- some stuff here-- I think the QTR had some 1 time elements I have not dug through it but mostly price downgrades today. The street did not like the QTR.

Aside from SNOW the other name perhaps worth playing is TWLO-- it is a much more dangerous chart than SNOW and I have to say I'd be pushing my luck with this name I have probably used it five times.

I don't think we have ever lost money on a TWLO trade. So in that sense it is really a good trading stock, it continues to go up once it starts to go up and you can get out. They have some sort of investor day this week.

We should figure out later today just when.. Lots of AI announcements? In timing with NVDA's earn-- it could workout.

But again Chart is iffy.
Well, I bit the bullet and didn't wait.
I got in a small position at 65.80

Special Deep Dive-> I was laying awake early this morning listening to the Bloomberg radio and they mentioned that the big Activision deal had been modified to get past UK regulators and what I heard is that certain popular games in the cloud will be sold to Ubisoft and they will stream... something like that- watch this Ubi.....

Shares of French game maker Ubisoft popped 9% in Europe trading Tuesday after Microsoft submitted a new deal for the takeover of Activision Blizzard

to try and appease wary U.K. regulators.

The U.K.’s Competition and Markets Authority confirmed it blocked the original $69 billion deal that Microsoft first put forward in January 2022. The acquisition has also faced regulatory challenges in the U.S. and Europe, but the CMA has been the toughest critic of the takeover, citing concerns that the deal would hamper competition in the nascent cloud gaming market.

The CMA said Microsoft and Activision Blizzard have agreed to a new, restructured agreement, which the CMA will now investigate with a decision deadline of Oct. 18. As part of the new deal, Microsoft will not acquire cloud rights for existing Activision Blizzard PC and console games, or for new games released by Activision Blizzard during the next 15 years, the CMA said. Instead, these rights will be divested to Ubisoft before Microsoft’s acquisition of Activision Blizzard.

“The agreement provides Ubisoft with a unique opportunity to commercialize the distribution of games via cloud streaming,” Brad Smith, president of Microsoft, said in a blog post. “The agreement will enable Ubisoft to innovate and encourage different business models in the licensing and pricing of these games on cloud streaming services worldwide.”

Ubisoft publishes popular games from the Assassin’s Creed, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six and Far Cry franchises.

Activision Blizzard Games Coming To Ubisoft+

Yes, you read that headline right.

Ubisoft today announced the signing of an agreement which will give Ubisoft cloud streaming rights to games like Call of Duty and more, coming into effect upon the completion of Microsoft’s acquisition of Activision Blizzard. The agreement includes the complete slate of current Activision Blizzard games, as well as all their new titles launching in the 15 years after the closing of Microsoft’s acquisition of Activision Blizzard. The games will land on Ubisoft+, while also allowing Ubisoft to license them to cloud gaming companies, service providers, and console makers.

With a single subscription to Ubisoft+ Multi Access, players will soon be able to play their favorite Ubisoft games and stream their favorite Activision Blizzard games across multiple platforms including PC, Xbox consoles and Amazon Luna, and on the PlayStation platform through Ubisoft+ Classics. The agreement will offer players even greater access to a large library of beloved and classic titles as well as the newest releases, all through cloud streaming.
