I'd love to know what the exact time the judge hit the gavel just to see what the lag was for fun.

Citadel (and the other whale operations) probably had someone in the hallway with their phone already connected to the desk, and in the court room someone was sitting right next to the door. (no phones allowed inside). It took all of ten seconds tops to have the one in the courtroom bust out the exit and give the thumbsup to his buddy already on the phone with their desk.
Why can't GBA be doing this stuff?

We should have known this one would be approved though. Like Biden wants to piss off MSFT. They probably donate a billion plus per year to various Dem pacs and campaigns.
