I have always had a soft spot for Cadiz Land. I've been following this company for as long as I can remember. It's story is far to convoluted and weird to get into now. Think underground water who owns it etc. If it seeps into a reservoir from the Colorado river who owns it. The land side water utilities or the pumper of the aquifer?

EPS has been a little flat on costs but revenue is quite strong.
This unknown company wil do wait for it..... $1.4 Billion this year!
Finding the right time to buy this name is tricky but I would say it's towards the end of 24' as the EPS seems to straighten out after that:
2025 = $1.28 representing growth of 6.9% YOY
2026 = $1.50 representing growth of 16.6% YOY
