I have a hernia / They gave me a reference it's a surgeon. I wasn't born yesterday I know what that means. Surgery.

Everything backfired. I was dressed in all white like a tennis player I wanted to look as sporty as possible. I wanted to look athletic and young. All these old guys in this sad place. A lot of them have cancer. My blood pressure is off the charts I explain I have white Coat Syndrome - dirty look.

Guy comes in I explain everything. He looks, I cough in an instant he said you have a hernia.

This girl looks like my old gym friend. I miss it so. Not having a hernia; the go old ole' days. When the gym was sexy. That F*ing gym the Skull Crushers<-- folks don't do em' That's what set this off. and it was my idea. One day i remember I just blurted out lets do skull crushers. Fucking idiot....
