I do a lot of work on these things. I have certain criterion I scan for. I won't personally short this one however, that's why I threw in that cautionary note. 90K shares traded today, jump in with a decent sized short position and a market maker will pop that thing $2 10 minutes later. The option spreads are prohibitive so buying puts is out too.

It'll drop, but you just never know when. I won't tie up buying power to wait. But your HF boys have the $'s to do that. That's why I shared.

Ted what is BGC? Call volume yesterday was huge. All at the ask. Look at the Jan open interest. That was institutional buys.
The stock is flat today. It looks like they had some problems and had to restate years of earnings last summer.

That was Nov 3rd.

Stock was $45!

So this thing gaps up Aug 3rd from $17 goes to $45 and then pre announced bad news stk does not go down....

Either buy out or this thing is going to collapse!
