DOES CLOUD SEEDING WORK. I think it may. There have been lost of rumors out of China that they cloud seed all the time. They are attempting to change nature.

And some of the more interesting climate change saves are based off changing nature as well.
If we could duplicate the process of a volcano's ash in the sky without using harmful gasses we could in effect lower the earth's temperature. My military sources tell me we are working on this.

Van did you wake up and take an ignorant pill. The news was just released from secrete documents. This was being investigated at high levels by 3 countries.

If you don't like news stories don't read them. You couldn't get any more ignorant of the situation.
