it both looks staged and fun. I remember playing capture the flag in my teens.
I doubt it was a set up. In 2016 people were having flags and signs stolen everywhere in my neck of the woods.
The opportunistic R-selected democrat does not consider their adversary evolves. The result is often hilarious. Examples include thinking it's okay to burn down cities and destroying other people's property (read: voter intimidation).
