Gateway Capital - out of business

It appears as though Gateway Capital, (formerly known as Spike trading), has gone out of business.

Has anyone else used this broker in the past?

Here is a notice they sent me today.

Gateway Capital LLC withdrew as a FCM on 03/06/2009.

The last CFTC FCM report they show up in is for 12/31/2008 and they only had capital of $525,752.

Guess they didn't have too many customers and lacked for revenue.
