To be fair, it's not easy when tables are involved, you have to use the OCR option and then save the formatting, very few people can do it, even those who are technically adept.

1) He can beat many of the crimes he is charged with, and/or

2) He has nothing to offer Mueller on Trump, and/or

3) He has figured out that flipping against the one guy on the planet who has the power to pardon him if he is convicted might not be the smartest move.
