Gates flipping on Manafort, odds of Manafort flipping on Trump?

We know what Hotcakes is having for breakfast.

You're a fucking fool. lol

Mueller has been working less than a year. How long did it take Ken Starr to charge Clinton or for Nixon to resign?

Took Ken Starr a long time because his episodes with Clinton did not even occur until 18 months or so after he was appointed to investigate whitewater.

Tis the nature of a witch hunt. You have to hang around long enough for something else to come up.

You got nothing, bitch. Keep hoping !!!!!

Please forgive an indelicacy, but she looks like she is covered in dead sperm that missed the mark, or is that supposed to be pubic hair. Nevertheless, I award her a gold star for creativity!

You, as well, deserve favorable mention in the reviews of this drama. You've played your role to perfection. When you later vanish, like summer rain on a hot tin roof, you'll be remembered as that guy from Petersburg who stepped in at the last moment to play the role of the fool; a role for which no one could have been better suited. Central casting in St. Petersburg has once again surpassed themselves. Can it get any better than this?

On the other hand though, I am not so sure that Flynn's plea is going to stand. The case was settled but the judge has requested information again. I would not be surprised if his lawyer has presented a motion to vacate the plea deal because Flynn is - rightfully- arguing that he was confronted by prosecutors with illegally obtained evidence from a bogus warrant depending on the bogus dossier. In addition, it was revealed to the committee - by no less than Comey- that the FBI interview reports stated that -in context- they did not believe that he was lying. Then Mueler indicted him anyway. Except the state had a duty to reveal that exculpatory evidence to him.

Same old, same old. How many cases has Mueller had reversed for failure to reveal exculpatory evidence. Many. Very many.

We shall see.

Mueller will continue to indict side actors on side issues. He knows he is not going to get the big scalp but needs to catch some fish so that history does not portray him as a total loser.

The charges Flynn faces have to do with lying to the FBI. The evidence for that has nothing to do with the Dossier. https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2017/12/01/us/document-Flynn-FBI-Russia.html

Suffice it to say that when playing the fool you are a rank amateur compared to Hotcakes. Why not plan a trip to St. Petersburg to attend their summer Actors Workshop. You have a lot to learn.

Really? Think again and add in some knowledge of the law and the factual circumstances as well.

The dossier refers to American officials receiving plans to exchange favors with the Russians to alter the sanctions. From there were reports derived from the dossier that Michael Cohen delivered such a plan to Flynn, and the FBI/intel tapped him further - in addition to the known collateral tapping from the tapping with the Russian ambassador.

And in regard to the perjury charge, I am not going to replay my post. He plead guilty upon presentation of certain facts but the government withheld exculpatory information from him- ie. that the FBI notes from the interviewers stated that they did not believe that he was lying so they did not prosecute. The Mueller came along and squeezed him anyway for a separate purpose. Anyway, the judge has decided to re-look at it, for reasons that you don't accept but that is fine. You don't count in the process.

In addition to the lying issue, it is clear that Flynn settled on the perjury thing to avoid prosecution on other issues- some of them dossier related- so you cannot assume that they are unrelated. The State is not allowed to confront you with fraudulently obtained evidence as a means of getting settlement on another plea.

Why not just read the indictment? I gave you the link. Or do you believe the Fox News version is more reliable?

also, read the last part of my previous reply. you replied before I was done.

And as I said, the judge is re-reviewing "certain things" in the Flynn case so go ahead and tell the judge he/she should not be doing that based on all your posts.
That should work- or not.
