Great news, now that boating vacation season is over. Transportation co's that absorbed high costs can now recoup some lost profits, not likely, there is less business.
Did you see here in NY they ticketed hundreds of truckers for emissions, these fine are about 300 bucks pop. If you defer a tune up or can't afford to have your truck in the shop for 1 day. Keep your truck running to pay for fuel, the state has another "gotcha" to take your money.
