Maybe this is the year to break the mold. People flocking to a third party is what the GOP fears most.

Any DECENT candidate could beat Clinton and Trump both IF people are given a choice.

People were given a choice. Trump easily defeated a large field of sitting and former governors, three sitting senators, and prominent figures from business and academia/medicine.

Hillary was probably not the first choice of democrat voters but she did garner a large number of votes as well.

The idea that there is some popular candidate-in-waiting out there who could sweep to victory is nonsense.

No it isn't. It's actually quite sensible at this juncture. We're not stuck with Trump and Clinton.
