There generally is no better signal than this, but I'd say it needs a few more idiots to cast their vote.

Therefore, based on this alone and no other factors, Gertrude has good odds of being right.

I love this idea that the opinions of half a dozen ET message board commenters can somehow influence the price of an entire asset market.

Imagine the headlines:

"The dollar crashed 10% this week after 4 posters on the Elitetrader.com message board finally issued buy signals on the currency. It is believed that stock777 finally tipped the greenback over the edge after shorting $5000 worth of Euros on full margin based on a moving average crossover signal."
