Garbled screen using IE

I recently moved my computers (have 2 with 2 monitors each) and since then one set of monitors gets scrambled images when I use IE. It looks like pieces of image files all over the screen and does this when I scroll up/down in IE.

Any ideas what could be causing this. Other 'puter is fine. I run both on FiOS. Thanks
 
Does it do this outside the IE browser on the monitor or only does it in IE itself?

If it is IE then sounds to me you have damaged ActiveX plugins...You should reinstall your plugins or try using FireFox (more secure too)
