games and hiring traders

I am going to hire some traders. I want to give them a few days to learn a game which they play themselves not against others. learning which game would have predictive value of who will become a good trader and why.
 
trading a demo account is not the same as trading real money. among other things the account would have to be adjusted for risk.

But somehow playing another game completely unrelated to trading is going to reveal hidden talent?

If the prospective hirees want the job desperately enough, the psychological pressure to succeed will likely equal that of a small real-money account.

Absolutely.

Most great traders have a long history of playing many different Zero Sum Games.
Niederhoffer's "Education of a Speculator" is Exhibit A.

Why are you unaware of this???
 
the criteria is one player games which can be learned in a few days

please give the names of any games neiderhoffer played or any other games which fit the above the criteria.
