all that OIL is not good for you or your gallbladder. the "flush out" is that excess oil just consumed not gallstones.

I have done it a few times and as is the experience of almost everybody, there was no pain or harm done. I couldn't believe the results. The pictures you see posted around on the net are real.
I think it is impossible for these stones to form the same evening of the procedure. Stones take a long time to form and solidify. Oil can't turn into a solid at 98.6F imo. [/QUOT
I read on the net that there is a gradual process.
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
raw beetroot juice
radish - 6 a day
lime,apple,pear,grapefruit - 1 a day
chamomile and elevens tea
add blackseed oil to daily regime
drink coffee
avoid junk food
eat nuts
healthy diet
cut in cabohydrates
exercise
take calcium phosphate
8-10 glasses of water
more vegetables
black seed oil is considered elixir of life.
