Hey guys.

Upping my testosterone dose to 300 mg a week, as of today. Ran 150mg a week the last four months as self admin TRT. Didn't experience much benefit except strength

Really plan to stick to a clean diet, cut calories, and get my ass to the gym at least four days a week. Plus 20 mins cardio after every workout!!

Gotta make hay while the sunshines. I was a lazy bitch this year and put on some fat and lost some strength Plus I want to start dating again so gotta look my best. I'm 6'4, 235, 18 percent body fat??

My whole goal is to boost sex drive. Took propecia in my 20s and it crashed libido indefinitely. So this is all an elaborate attempt to restart the engine

My wife and I have migrated completely over to coconut everything. We use coconut palm sugar, coconut (or straight MCT oil), and a butter replacement called Nutiva shortening, which is basically a combination of red palm oil and coconut oil solids.
