"First, take a break from training for 10-14 days. Next, resume training using only 3-5 exercises and train once every seven days. If results are not quickly obvious insert an extra rest day until they are forthcoming (at our facilities we find every 7th day to be average). Lastly, have the courage to refrain from training until you are recovered — the only thing you will regret is the time you wasted by training more frequently."
My unscientific and complete amateur opinion on this would be this method probably works well if you're already where you want to be. Let me rephrase that. If you have already achieved your ideal weight and BMI. I highly doubt this method would get positive results for the guy/gal who has let themselves go to hell and is now trying to get back in decent physical shape, and I'm not just talking about weight loss.
