I have added a BCAA supplement to the mix and have experienced outstanding results in stamina/endurance and considerably less muscle soreness post workout. Honestly, it's almost unbelievable.
I do have a couple questions though. I purchased this at GNC and the brand is CELLUCOR. Price was 50 bucks for 30 servings which are 11g each. I saw cheaper choices and was wondering what the real differences are, and what you guys use?
Secondly, I'm taking this about 1 hour after eating 1 hard boiled egg for breakfast. Then I go to the gym. Does that 1 egg have any significant deterrent to how this works?
