A friend of mine told me when he lost 30'lbs his dick grew an inch. Well not really but that fat pad around pubes grew smaller.

many don't know this but most of your dick is inside your body rather than hers;that suckso_O

Presently, I don't know. I only had my body fat measured once. It was in 1992 or 1993, when I was in my mid-30s at the Dunfield Club in Toronto, where I worked out at the time. They measured me at 7% using a caliper, which I understand is not the most accurate tool for measuring true body fat. In any event, even if it had been an accurate reading at the time, I'm quite confident that I presently wouldn't come in at a single digit.
So it sounds like you're naturally a lean guy. One of those hard gainers....?

Ya, its how they extend it naturally using plastic surgery. Chop the ligaments and pull out a few inches from inside the body. Loses its gripping power, however....

Leanness seems to come reasonably easily to me, but that doesn't mean I can stray without paying the price. I eat clean and I work out hard.

Hard gainer? Compared to some, possibly, but I don't think so. During my 30s I was once asked if I juiced. The person didn't know what he was talking about because I don't have the tell-tale signs, and I would have looked like a before picture standing next to a real juicer. In my 40s, I was asked by a woman if I was a competitive gymnast. Really. So while the inadvertent compliments became less flattering over time, relatively speaking, I think I still look fairly okay.

As an aside, when I had the 7% caliper fat test, my weight was at "overweight" for my height. Presently, my BMI reading is just at the upper range of "normal," but I know my body fat level is measurably better than normal or average.

You say "I eat clean"..i've heard that but ask 5 people you'll get different opinions and not may have any basis in fact, evidence?

I assume you mean limiting saturated fat?

On an empty stomach, <30". I wear 29" jeans comfortably; 30" jeans are loose at the waist after the first wearing following a wash. Of course, I'm short, so that may have something to do with it. Even so, I'm 58 and still sport a 6-pack, although admittedly it doesn't look quite as angry as it did when I was younger.
I can wear a size 30 myself but the problem is the size of the leg openings for me. They're just too small so I cinch up a 31 with a belt since it's way more comfortable in the legs that way.

I define eating clean in one way. When you go to the grocery store, the bulk of what you buy is on the outer edges of the store, meaning fresh meats and produce. You generally stay away from the middle aisles that have things like sodas, cereal, cookies, pasta, bread and prepackaged snack foods like crackers, chips and candy.
