The engineers need a kick in the butt. They must FEEL THE HEAT. I have no mercy with them.
I rarely contact the help desk unless it is a life-and-death situation.
I let other people contact the help desk.
Then their lives will be shortened.
Anyway, this Crowdstrike's small little as innocuous as changing a font update turned the whole world upside down.
StoneX/Gain is relying completely on Microsoft environment regarding their OMS, PMS and risk applications. Bloody stupid beyond belief!
Their trade desk couldn´t even name client´s open positions as they have no back up facilities in a time critical and operations critical environment like futures trading. WTF? Are they serious?
Their risk manager needs to be fired. That´s what he is paid for - to foresee the unforeseeable.
