Gadget that automatically mutes commercials

Zero commercials if you DVR shows instead.

Only thing I watch live now is sports, everything else goes straight to the DVR and commercials get passed over.

For now it's nice but I've read before about them putting a stop to that and/or paying more for the 'fast forward' function to work.

Guess we'll see.

We need a device that stops the sound and provides a pleasing scene while playing my favorite music and then I'll buy one. In the mean time, I'm spending alot of time on Netflix.:D
 
since most commercials are totally obnoxious or worse, I can only conclude that the average person is an imbecile.

I DESPISE commercials!
 
Even of the commercials that make it past my thumb on the mute button, half the time I don't even recall what they were trying to sell. Half the channels with my cable subscription, they should be paying me for taking up the space.
