The info you're looking for is a name. Alexei Malov. It's repeated twice, and then simply "Mira, 5" which is an address. Ekaterinburg, Centralni (central), etc. there's nothing there to really translate.

Probably city center, "Mira, 5" which is probably an office complex or building. Since there's no "Ulitsa" (street) or "Prospeckt" (Avenue) then I have to assume it's a city center of sorts.

Ìèðà is Prospekt Mira (Peace Avenue.) The address looks real. It does not mean it is real.

Usually if it's prospekt (like the one in Moscow) they say so. Mira can also be the name of the building in the city center.
