2. Can anyone help in ranking the following pairs in order of liquidity?

3. Any idea on the maximum amount one can move in each of the following pairs per day with minimal slippage.

I think that's about right. That's normally the case at other internet forums on this subject as well. Bit of a misleading word, sometimes, "bank". [Post by JanaSergeevna]
