FX Day Trading Journal 2013

Hi All,

I have been trading FX for about 2 years, and have been on a down swing in the last 3 months. So I thought I would start a journal, and people can comment on my trades. I have only about $16000 on two sites (IB and forex.com).

I will be day trading Fiber and Cable.

Entry - London Open or New York Open

Exit - London Close or 1600GMT

Max Risk - 2% per trader or 3% daily

My goal is about 50 - 70 pips a week.

Did not trade today, as I usually dont trade on NFP days.

No trade today. Patiently waiting for my setup.

Took a small long fiber trade, very small size tho. Still trying to claw back the losses and rebuild confidence.

Net about +25 pips, +128.3.

Long Cable. Slowly increasing my trade size.

Net +22 pips, 130.0

Not sure if it has the battery to run to the 1.5780 area today.

No trade today. was gonna short Cable in the 15670-15680 area, but price actions became choppy and felt like it didnt want to fall.

Probably done for the week too.
